I'm Camilla Akerberg, and this is my story
I am a personal trainer and certified strength and conditioning performance fitness coach. I have traveled the world training fitness and teaching yoga. With certifications in strength and conditioning, personal training, performance nutrition, and Vinyasa Yoga, I work to transform the bodies and lives of my clients. Through consistent, healthy, and holistic eating, and a more active, movement-focused lifestyle, my coaching will take you from wherever you are to exactly where you want to be.
